On the morning of March 10, 2021, at the 23rd floor of Liberty Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, the Investor -Peach Real Estate Co., Ltd and DINCO Saigon JSC held a signing ceremony “Cooperation contract to renovate the Office Building for Lease Project – Alpha Tower at No. 151 – 153 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

Participants at the Ceremony:

• Mr. Dao Van Dang, Director of Peach Real Estate Co. Ltd and its members
• Mr. Tran Van Ngan, Vice General Director of of Dinco Engineering and Construction Joint Stock Company and its members
• Mr. Adrien, Director of Adrien Desport Architecture Design One Member Limited Liability Company

Total investment of the project is more than VND 100 billion on the total construction area: 8,089 m2, located in a prime location on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street, Vo Thi Sau ward, District 3, Office building specializing in leasing including: 1 basement and 13 floating floors. The project has a total of 6,151m2 of rental area, with areas ranging from 174m2 to 563m2. Estimated time of renovation and construction is 12 months.

Speaking at the Signing Ceremony, Mr. Dao Van Dang, General Director of Peach Real Estate Co. Ltd said: embarking on the renovation and upgrading of Alpha Tower at this time is an ambitious and exciting idea. Requesting Dinco contractor concentrating all resources to build the project to complete it as committed schedule, safely and effectively

Mr. Tran Van Ngan – Deputy General Director, Dinco Company said that with a team of skilled human resources along with advanced equipment and technology, Dinco will complete the project ahead of schedule with best quality.

The cooperation in the implementation of the Project will help take advantage of the available strengths, capabilities and experiences of both parties in the field of construction and real estate. Once completed, project will bring District 3 a modern office building but still remains an appearance of simple and elegant western architecture.
